What’s my ICP number?
Your ICP number is your Installation Control Point number.
It’s a unique 15 digit number that identifies your connection to our electricity network.
There is an ICP for every service line or cable connected to our network.
So, if you have multiple service lines or cables on your property - for instance if you have a line connecting your house, and a line connecting a milking shed - you will have an ICP for each connection.
Finding your ICP number
You can find your ICP number on your power bill, or you can search for it here using your address: https://www.ea.govt.nz/your-power/your-meter/address/
