Making a complaint
We aim to provide great service, but if something has gone wrong we want to know about it.
Please use the form below and our experienced Customer Resolutions team will work directly with you to resolve your complaint. We try to resolve complaints within 20 working days, but will let you know in writing if it's going to take longer.
If we can't reach a satisfactory resolution you can contact Utilities Disputes, who provide a free and independent service for resolving complaints between customers and utility companies.
